SUMMARY: Support the US Outreach department through research and general office tasks while gaining a deeper understanding of Unbound’s work, including a one-week international travel experience.
GOALS:

DAILY DUTIES:
- Data entry in Unbound database (CASA)
- Letter translation review (Spanish/English)
- Assembly of Ambassador Toolkits
- Stocking and mailing materials
- Bounce backs and logging emails, other email work

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Preferred 2+ years of university credits
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
- Combined familiarity of both Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office suite of software
- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well in a group and respond positively to feedback
- Commitment to quality while being a good steward of resources
- Professional and motivated; able to adapt and stay on task while managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English; interest/coursework in global issues and non-profit work.
